Camping & Caravaning Expo – the biggest event of the year in the field of camping, caravanning and outdoor activities will bring together more than 80 exhibitors from Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. The Sofia Land park will be filled with new models of campers, caravans, tourism and leisure vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles, tents, roof tents, boats and water sports equipment, equipment and accessories. Among them there are many that have not been shown publicly in Bulgaria until now.
Visitors to the exhibition will have the unique opportunity to see live the latest trends in the industry from April 12 to 14 at Sofia Land. Here are just some of the premieres:
HIP Campers
The first Bulgarian brand for campers will present itself at the exhibition. At the HIP Campers stand, you will learn detailed information about the project, as well as talk personally with the people behind the project. Unfortunately, the first prototype of the 4Family model is still not 100% ready and will not be able to be seen live during the exhibition.
Subaru
The compact Subaru Crosstrek will debut at the Camping & Caravaning Expo 2024. The new Subaru model takes over the legacy of the SUBARU XV, which has become the Japanese brand's bestseller in Europe. The new name is a combination of the words "crossover", the class to which the car belongs, and "trekking", which immediately identifies the character and spirit of the new model. This name embodies the idea of freedom to move anywhere, both in urban environments and off-road.
Sevic
In the ever-evolving electric vehicle sector, the Sevic V500e stands out as a game changer. Made in Bulgaria, Sevic is a step forward towards electrified urban logistics. Designed to be adaptable, flexible and affordable, the V500e uses smart vehicle architecture with interchangeable cargo structures. This 100% electric light-duty vehicle is not just another option, but a versatile solution that meets a wide range of needs, such as camping, outdoor adventure, business management and more.
Just Wild Campers
At its next participation in the Camping & Caravaning Expo, the Bulgarian developer KAM Motors Design will present an expedition 4x4 camper under their own brand Just Wild Campers. The camper is based on a MAN truck with a maximum weight of 8.5 tons and a power of 232 hp. It has a double locking differential, an 8-speed manual gearbox with fast and slow gears. The truck was completely transformed in the workshop of KAM Motors Design in 2023.
Dacia
Dacia will for the first time show the Sleep Pack in Bulgaria at the Camping & Caravaning Expo 2024. All visitors to the exhibition will be able to see live the Dacia Jogger HYBRID 140 equipped with the Sleep Pack. It's a smart tent for all outdoor adventurers, as part of the InNature range of accessories.
A range of accessories, demonstrating Dacia's connection with nature, will equip the car. The Sleep Pack is the first accessory to be launched as part of the InNature range of accessories. Available on all Jogger trim levels, the Sleep Pack lets you turn the cabin into a bedroom in just a few minutes. This removable accessory is compatible with all versions of the Jogger produced since its launch on the market. The two removable seats in the third row of the 7-seater version of the Jogger must be removed before the kit can be installed. It is simple, mobile and affordable. Its weight is under 50 kg. and includes three key components: a double bed that can be set up in less than two minutes, a shelf and storage space.
INEOS Grenadier Quartermaster
The Ineos Grenadier is built for off-road touring, and that's where its strength lies. The test prototype of the pickup version will be shown for the first time in Bulgaria at the Camping & Caravaning Expo 2024 this week. The new development of the uncompromising off-roader is called the Quartermaster and is named after the senior military officer responsible for the procurement and distribution of provisions in the army. The SUV has an increased wheelbase of 3,227 mm, which allows the cargo compartment to provide a payload of up to 760 kg and the ability to easily carry a standard Euro pallet measuring 1,200 x 800 mm.
These and many more advanced vehicles and equipment for backcountry recreation and adventure will debut at Camping & Caravaning Expo 2024.
